I want to look back on some people who have made an impact on society: Muhammad Ali, Michael Jordan, Michael Jackson, LeBron James. I say these people and you think what the random? But there is something they all have in common. What is it? They all for one have changed their perspective industries in some way or another. Second they were always true to their own beliefs. I know it is a far stretch to put Michael Jackson in their, but I knew it would catch your attention. I want to focus on being true to you. The other night I was watching a show on Rob Dyrdek and what has made him so successful as a pro skateboarder. In the end of the show they ended by saying what's really made Rob who he is as a business man, is that he has always stayed true to the sport that brought him to the place he is at today at that is as a Professional Skateboarder. I got thinking about that more, being true to the things you love. When I talk to people this is the one thing our society has lost! We have started to set boundaries for our selves and the people around us. We start to say there is a certain way of doing something and that if we go out of those boundaries we will be looked down upon. It is crazy how people have started to act and the things people say about other people because of this. We look at different things with such a negativity, but some of the greatest things in our history have come about because someone was willing to do something different. Better yet everyone who has made it into the history books is because of their unique ideas and actions. These people had a goal in mind of becoming the best and were willing to do whatever it took in order to get to their goal. The one special concept that they understood was, that they couldn't reach their goals of becoming the best by doing it the same way as everyone else. Why do we have to fit a mold? I understand their are still morals and values we have to have, but restrictions on creative ideas or speaking what we think? No way! What if we all did what we loved? what if we all believed that we could accomplish some of the hardest goals we have in life? How much more productive are you when you are doing something you love? I know I for one am a lot more productive and my results are always the best. When we are doing what we love and we believe in that thing, we have an infection that will spread to those around us. In society if we could follow this we would realize life isn't about the money. We would realized that we were most happy doing what we loved. This would become the drive of our lives. When something in our life is something we love, we always make sure it gets taken care of and nurtured to become the best. Sometimes we even forget we are already doing something we love. Remember why we are doing something can have a huge impact on our lives. I think if anything this blog is the purpose of my entire blog! I want to bring the YOU! Out of you. Realizing you have something that can influence something big around those you associate with. You can't follow the rules society has put on you. Do what's good, believe in your self, you'll never know where YOU can take you. You can say there is this and that, which makes it so you can't do this. I understand. There is always an excuse for the things we want to avoid. The only reason you'll ever have an excuse for not doing something, is because you just don't believe in your self in someway or another. Realize your dreams, goals, and aspirations in life are always worth going for. Ask your self what do you want out of life? What do you want in life right now? Do you believe you can do it? Remember every choice you make will effect the out come of your entire life. Here's a fun test. Take a piece of paper divide it into two. One side write positive, then write negative. Now look into the mirror and just stare at your self. Every time you have a negative thought mark it down, then positive mark it down. Do it for at least 2 min. Look at your paper. I think it's going to be self explanatory on where your at in your belief in your self. You are your life's driver take it where it wants to go!
