Cha Cha Change!

So the other day I was thinking more on fear and it went on to what it takes to change. This post is more of an expansion to F.E.A.R. Change is always different for everyone. There are people who can handle change, and other who hate to see change. No matter what though change always affects us in one way or another. I want to focus more on changing things in our own lives. I focus most of my thoughts towards fitness. People are scared to go to a gym and workout in front of people, because they are worried they will look like a fool. Why? I left my last posting saying we have a mirror in front of our selves. This mirror is like the judgement mirror. Whoever stands in front of this mirror will be judged harshly! Brought to you by YOU! One if there is anyone who is worth a dime, they will give you more recognition and praise for doing what you are doing, rather than judgements. Why would I say this? Let me explain. I was a track runner in jr. high and part of high school. I would consider my self good. When I was at the starting line I had no idea who well my competitors were. I may have raced them before, but every race was different. The competitor would either have gotten better or worse. I would focus on the finish line each race I wouldn't know what the competition would look like or even what color jersey they wore. All I knew was where I was starting and where I would end up if i ran my fastest. I always planned on winning. I didn't win every meet, but always knew I did what I knew I could do. Ok so what does it mean? We all have to start at the same starting line no matter what we are trying to change in our lives. Now some people have different abilities than us and they may be weaker in their ability to accomplish the change or be weaker. The competition is there to know how well we are doing. We can either be doing better, or we can realize our hard work is paying off due to beating the competition. I set my eyes on what I wanted to accomplish every race (or goal) and I knew that I would finish this goal each time no matter what! I would put all that I had in each race, as we should in our goals. We have started at the same starting line, and then we finish at the same finish line, but one always leaves a winner. I now know where I am at in my own strengths though. Did it mean that, that person was unbeatable? Absolutely not. I can improve and reach that person if I followed the rules of hard work. So no matter what we do we start and finish in different areas. The winner no matter what should realize they started in the same place as you at some point in their training. If someone tries to bring you down I can promise you that it is due to the fact that they are worried to lose the top spot. There has to be some kind of threat, and who likes to be threatened? It will always be a competition circle. It's should be in our own personal interest to keep that going. Change is a positive thing in our lives, as long as we choose to make it that way. Everyone is worth the effort in making change happen in their lives. If you don't think so I am telling you that your wrong! I deal with change daily! I've seen people think of change as impossible only to make it possible in their daily lives. Start at the starting line, but always finish first in your own track meet. changing you into you!, so be on the look out for that.
